The once-in-a-decade redrawing of Philadelphia's City Council Districts is due in September.

Departmental hearings on the City Budget start(ed) today. Here's a few places to keep in mind during the process.

In 1926, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick placed a plaque honoring the Irish heroes of the Revolutionary War at City Hall in Philadelphia. It was later moved to a new location on the West Portal of City Hall where, annually, the Friendly Sons place a wraerth honoring the achievements of these fine Irishmen.

This year, Bill was honored to be asked to be the featured speaker at the event at 10AM on March 10. The YouTube video of his speech is available here:
