City Councilman at-Large Bill Green, seen by many as a frontrunner for the Democratic mayoral nomination in 2015, released his second-term legislative agenda today. Green, who recently advocated doing away with the School Reform Commission, says he’s going to introduce bills in the first 60 days of Council which will put “laser-like focus on the most important issues we must address to put Philadelphia on a path toward prosperity.” Which sounds reasonable. Most people like prosperity, right?
